OUR PEOPLE

At Special T, our shop floor is staffed by tradespeople who’ve spent years—many of them decades—working with copper, learning its behavior under heat, pressure, and current. That kind of knowledge doesn’t come from a manual. It comes from tens of thousands of hours bending, brazing, plating, and machining the same materials our customers depend on.

Our machinists read prints and hold tolerances that most shops won’t attempt. Our platers understand bath chemistry the way a chef understands a kitchen—adjusting on the fly to deliver consistent, spec-compliant finishes every time. Our fabricators and brazers turn raw copper into finished assemblies that carry power where it needs to go. Every person on this team was hired because they’re good at what they do and take ownership of the work that leaves their station.
