Josh Reeves is the CEO of Special T Manufacturing, leading the company’s bus bar fabrication, brazing, and silver and tin plating operations for transformer and switchgear components. He is focused on efficiency, sustainability, and innovation, including zero-discharge plating system development. Josh is also Owner and Crew Chief of Highlands Motorsports, overseeing technical development and championship-winning race performance.

KAREN WIDENER

SCHEDULING AND OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

Karen Widener is Special T Manufacturing’s Scheduling and Operations Specialist with over 30 years of manufacturing experience, including 19 years at Special T. She manages scheduling, shipping coordination, customer communication, and customer-supplied materials. Known as the company’s go-to resource, Karen brings deep knowledge of parts, procedures, and customer needs to keep operations running smoothly.

APRIL D FIZER

OFFICE AND BILLING ADMINISTRATOR

April D. Fizer is Special T Manufacturing’s Office and Billing Administrator with 29 years of experience in finance and operations and four years at Special T. She oversees full-cycle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, reconciliations, billing, and collections, while supporting smooth financial operations. April is also known for job cost estimating on fan projects and keeping departments aligned on upcoming work.

JOELYN S. JOHNSON

PROCUREMENT, PURCHASING & INVENTORY CONTROL

Joelyn S. Johnson supports Procurement, Purchasing, and Inventory Control at Special T Manufacturing and brings nearly 30 years of purchasing and managerial experience to the team, including 13 years at Special T. Her background includes 16+ years as a Purchasing Manager and experience in pricing for a major hydraulic hose manufacturer. Joelyn is known for strong supplier support, cost control, and her role in launching new product lines for major OEM customers.

TINA PENNINGTON

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS & HUMAN RESOURCES

Tina Pennington is the Director of Operations & Human Resources at Special T Manufacturing, bringing 35+ years of experience in manufacturing and operations leadership. She oversees cross-department performance across Flex, Plating, Machining, Wiring, and Fan & Blower while leading HR functions including recruiting, training, compliance, payroll, and employee bonus programs. Tina is known for driving efficiency, quality, and a strong team-focused culture.

ROBBIE FAIN

CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

Robbie Fain is the Chief Operations Officer at Special T Manufacturing, leading daily operations with a focus on efficiency, alignment, and growth. He brings 30 years of manufacturing experience in operations leadership, business planning, budgeting, and metal fabrication. Prior to Special T, Robbie spent 28 years with a global manufacturer in manufacturing engineering, project management, and training and development.
